Joke

Harlow has a tremendous track bias so it can be a profitable evening

As a night out its a low end dog track situated in a miserable town so it attracts a certain kind of individual

Wimbledon is a huge rickety old thing, used to get tens of thousands in there years ago. Last it went it was scraping along with discounted ticket promos etc.

I saw that jack white house knob in there.

Re: Kicking of in E17
Harlow?? I don't drive, so it would have to be London, because I won't want to get home at 4am. Not unless it's a 'kissing an unsuitable man and arriving home with a bag of chips and my knickers in my handbag' sort of 4am-er.

Re: Kicking of in E17
You could always try Harlow Nurse or if you like it south of the river Crayford

Though I reckon a BAGS event would be more up your street

Perfectly valid point, and true.

West Ham don't, and won't play in West Ham.

Re: Kicking of in E17
Dogs were good. Gave the area a buzz. Managed to go to the last night, and got on the track, and a few of us had our picture sitting in the traps! And Charlie Chans was good, back ok the day.

Re: Kicking of in E17
The dogs were the only thing going for it. Sadly it's been replaced by an entirely different breed of dogs.
